Aaron Krumins was raised in Prescott Arizona. After visiting India he decided to stay and continue his pilgrimage which has been a story of words and paintings. A principle source of artistic inspiration for him is the tradition of the bauls of Bengal who believe in a perpetual life of travels with music and dance, living in a way which can be best described as austere yet full of life, rejecting nothing, saying “Yes!” to life.
Dedicating 7 years to living in India, traveling from the Himalayas to Cape Comorin and to the to town where he settled to practice his art form- Tiruvannamalai Tamil Nadu, home to mystics such as Ramana Maharishi, Yogi Ramsuratkumar, Seshadri Swami and many others, Aaron has been painting his experiences and his stories of India. He presently splits his time between Arizona, Texas and India.
